Actually that’s the Clock Tower of the Palace of Westminster. Big Ben is just the bell on the inside.

I was standing in the very same spot (exit from the tube station n’est ce pas?) only a couple of months ago, and realised I had forgotten my camera. Do you mind if I blag your excellent photo?
