Retrieval
The retrieval machanism has already been sent down the bungy cord to clank into the boot and pull the jumper back up. The rope that’s part of the retrieval system is the gray cable extending from the left edge of the photo. The steel widget has almost reached the jumper and is barely visible in this photo. A long ways down there.
